We are very grateful for all the donations we receive from Amazon Smile because of SAS International and some other faithful supporters regularly ordering goods through amazon Smile.

We have been fortunate enough to have received several grants to enable us to continue helping the residents of Bridgend and surrounding areas.

We would like that thank:

  • Community Foundation Wales for their grant that enabled us to employ an Engagement worker in the Zone to support vulnerable people;

  • Millennium Stadium for providing funding for two computers;

  • Awards for All (National Lottery) for funding which has enabled us to open longer hours providing a safe place for our service users to meet and feel less lonely and isolated;

  • BCBC for funding provided;

  • Comic Relief for money to purchase much need furniture for the Zone community hub;

  • BAVO for the Transformation grant that enable us to fund two support workers and provide training for volunteers in the community hub.

We are extremely grateful to all these funders for their ongoing support at such a difficult time.  Without them we would not be able to continue the good work that goes on throughout the BridgeMPS and the Zone Community Hub.  We will be forever grateful.

                              Thank you!        Diolch!

Thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund Wales (Awards for All) we have been granted an award of £9350 to enable us to hold an evening a week in the Zone coffee bar for 18 to 30 year olds with learning or other disabilities.  This time can be used to get together and arrange activities or trips out around their interests with the aim of preventing isolation and loneliness.
