The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme uses trained volunteer mentors to provide a one-to-one mentoring service for 10-25 year old disadvantaged young people throughout the Borough of Bridgend. Providing education, recreational and emotional support in a confidential, non-judgemental way, mentors help young people achieve personal goals thus reducing the risk of social exclusion.

The Bridge MPS is a small local Registered Charity – number 1091536 founded in February 2002. The aim of the Bridge MPS is to break down the barriers of social exclusion that prevent young people, aged 11-25, building bridges to a more positive future.
